Bathroom before and after - UPDATED --- after pics here now!

The big bathroom and master bedroom remodel is finally OVER! We started in early January and the bathroom was finished (mostly, anyways) the day before we left for Scott's wedding. So it was about five weeks of having between two and six people working in there. yikes! We are so pleased with the end results though.... HOWEVER, we may not do any more major renovations until all the kids are out of the house. (read: never!)
Here are some of the "before" pictures taken when we first viewed the house in September 2006:

You can kind of see MY least favorite part of the old bathroom, the mirrored closet doors. I sometimes enjoyed having the full length mirrors, but mostly not so much!

Who doesn't love the vanity lights?
Here's the framing in of the new steam shower

They ripped out the cabinets to add feet and make give them about six inches more height.

Junior project manager. I am not sure what is going on with her clothes, perhaps she escaped from the changing table?

Molly's here to inspect. She also ran wild through the wet floor, leaving beautiful paw prints for us.
The new steam shower, pre-tile!

Here's the new shower along with the chandelier which I  LOVE!  Also, another of my favorites are the new closet doors.   I was happy to see these in place of the old sliding mirrored doors.

View from the vanity area into our bedroom.

My vanity area. We cut the original mirrors down and had them framed to appear more like  hung mirrors.
New tile around the jacuzzi, and also new hardware.  We loved this Price Pfister shape and color of plumbing fixtures.
One last pic, the inside of the shower. Jason's big request of the remodel was the body sprays.   Mine was the chandelier which ended up being way more than budgeted due to the installation labor. Oh well!  Time to relax and enjoy!
