On Saturday the 10th we hung out with Jason's Mom and sister Erin. The girls went out and spent a good hour or so in Stein Mart -- what better way to spend the afternoon?? (Jason stayed home to watch the UT game while we shopped)
On Wednesday the dogs and I surprised Jason with a new TV to complete our family room. Dad helped me pick out the PERFECT TV which two of his employees were nice enough to deliver to our house last Wednesday while Jas was at work. When he arrived home that night, he found a new Samsung remote control and birthday balloons in his spot in the garage :)
I think Dad and I actually managed to surprise the "secret agent." On Saturday (Jason's actual birthday) we celebrated with our friends from Houston, OKC, Waco, and Dallas. We were so thankful that they could make it, and it was a truly special weekend. After everyone arrived, the ladies quickly left for some pampering at the nail salon near our house. We split a bottle of wine and all had "mani pedi's" and PLENTY of girl talk.
The guys sacrificed and stayed behind to watch football!

Wow - your house looks beautiful. What great pics - looks like you guys had a really great time. And most importantly, the birthday boy had all his closest friends with him to celebrate his birthday. You are such a sweet wife for planning that and making it so special for him.
