Please keep my Dad in your prayers over the next few days and weeks. Tomorrow at 7am he will have surgery to repair the hernia in his abdomen. I believe this hernia is a result of previous surgeries he had which caused his abdomen muscles to weaken, but I could be wrong about that.
In any event, we are all very glad he's finally decided to get this repaired, and we are anxious and ready for this to be over. I'll try and post again tomorrow evening after he's all settled into his room at the hospital (Presbyterian Hospital in Plano).
