This past weekend we got together to celebrate Mom's (a.k.a. Kakky, Kathy, or Gran Khaki) birthday. Our family plus my adopted brother Evan (a good friend of Scott's) met up at our favorite college and post-college bar, Milo Butterfingers. On a side note - WE LOVE THIS PLACE! Jason and I have so many fun memories in "Milo's" including my 21st birthday party and lots of nights sharing adult beverages and the 3,000 calorie cheese fries dipped in ranch. We had not been there since before we moved to Houston so it had been three and a half years at least. But, I digress...
We watched the Sooners beat up on Mizzou and also the end of the Kentucky - LSU game. Then we headed just a bit south down Greenville to Glorias where we had a delicious salvadorian/tex-mex dinner and celebrated Mom.

We love you Mom and hope you had a great birthday celebrating with the Wonderful One (a.k.a. Dad)

Thanks for commemorating our birthday celebration.....it was so fun and made me feel really young. I especially love the "high five" from sweet Molly.
