Baby Kait and I surprised Jason with a family getaway for his first Father's Day. We spent the weekend in Downtown Forth Worth. Of all the trips we've taken together for long weekends, this was definitely one of our favorites. Kaitlyn was an absolute doll. when we arrived in our hotel room, it was like one big playground for her. She shrieked as she took in the Downtown view, and loved the pool.
We hit some of Jason's favorite spots including Jake's burgers and Joe T. Garcia's.
Definitely the highlight of the weekend was the Zoo! i can't wait to go back, maybe when it's a bit cooler.
