We leave this Friday for our annual summer / belated anniversary trip. For anniversaries one and two, we ended up in Northern California in San Fran and/or Wine Country.
This year, we head west again...but this time we'll fly to Phoenix, then stay three nights in Scottsdale, AZ. On Monday, we'll drive from Scottsdale, stop at the Grand Canyon, then on to Lake Las Vegas. (We may hit a casino or two on the strip, but probably not). We'll be there two nights and then drive to San Diego. On Friday the 20th, we'll then fly home from San Diego. Should be lots of beautiful sight-seeing along the way in our rented Toyota Prius that only goes 75 mph. I am so look forward to seven days with my husband to unwind and enjoy each other's company. (No yard work, laundry, or insect problems to worry about!!!)
Can't wait!! Friday can not come quickly enough!! :)
