Yesterday's appointment was uneventful - my blood pressure was good (back down to 105/60), and no changes indicating labor in the next days or week.
After measuring my belly and looking at it from several different angles (like a golfer researching before a big "put"), his guess is that she currently weighs 6.25 pounds. Back in a week to check on things...I did find out that he's on vacation August 7 but he assures me she'll already be here. I do NOT want his partner, who reminds me of Dr. Yang on Grey's Anatomy, to deliver Kaitlyn. (I told him this but in a more genteel way - he was not surprised to hear this. She has "bedside manner issues")
Back to work.......
